      Doesn't take a lot of effort. Overall the job is just fine. Not good, not bad, just fine.

      Cons

      Heavily tenured and conservative in terms of culture and risk. There's no point in actually attempting to make any change or even working that hard.

      Pros

      Under previous CEO, Exchange Bank was a heart-felt, caring community bank. It cared about its employees and offered regular cost of living increases.

      Cons

      Under current CEO, all of the execs are out of touch, regional management does not support the branch staff, the pay is so far below competitive, staff cross-training always takes a back seat to branch staffing needs which means you have to fight hard for growth, and the back office treats branch workers terribly
