      Great coworkers and community reputation - funds the Doyle Scholarship!

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch. Short sighted solutions lead to more work in the long run. Losing community charm as more and more leadership sourced from outside the county.

      Pros

      Under previous CEO, Exchange Bank was a heart-felt, caring community bank. It cared about its employees and offered regular cost of living increases.

      Cons

      Under current CEO, all of the execs are out of touch, regional management does not support the branch staff, the pay is so far below competitive, staff cross-training always takes a back seat to branch staffing needs which means you have to fight hard for growth, and the back office treats branch workers terribly
