Solid Benefits, opportunity for growth, 6%+ 401(k) match (including profit sharing), work life balance, community involvement encouraged.

Cons

Like every company, it has some quirks but leaders do an active job of addressing those issues. Pay could be better as could more remote work options for some, but these are concerns with many companies today.

Under previous CEO, Exchange Bank was a heart-felt, caring community bank. It cared about its employees and offered regular cost of living increases.

Cons

Under current CEO, all of the execs are out of touch, regional management does not support the branch staff, the pay is so far below competitive, staff cross-training always takes a back seat to branch staffing needs which means you have to fight hard for growth, and the back office treats branch workers terribly
