Their core services include on-site, end-user, data center, and network services. All these services are delivered globally via dispatch or scheduled support.

Cons

This workplace had the worst job security. Most employees were stressed and exhausted and work brutal hours to avoid getting behind on their work. Still, they had no job security, as the management fired people without sharing a reason. It was ridiculous.

Lied about a job. When I got there job was completely different as described and end user was frustrated as they lied about the job and parts being sent. Luckily I knew this machine very well so I fixed their broken part and went above and beyond and supplied excis with useful information. They lied and said I did not contact their team and said I was late and reported a problem to field nation for an update when I already updated them via their platform that they texted me to send the updates to. I was still in the parking lot when they said I just “left the job” trying to contact them but nobody would join the meeting and they finally admitted their platform was faulty and timed out because I attached pictures - that they require! I was harassed for hours after the job via text to join a google meeting that no one would join after I was complete. I was 15 minutes early to the site but stayed in the parking lot trying to contact their team which you have to do immediately as you arrive. They would not join but I still walked in on time and they called me back while I was wrapping up. And for that they said I never checked out. The team is Indian and you cannot understand them, TCS. They are rude and dishonest. They took advantage of me because I was a new tech on the platform and they can use feedback extortion. The warehouse where I did the work is also Indian based. Field nation is Indian based. I’ve tried to resolve the issue and have all the documention including phone records and screen shots but it’s like talking to a brick wall. How are companies allowed to do this to contractors in the United States?
