Pros

Leadership is exceptional. They truly give to all the support you need and ask for. Truly set you up for success and care about your career. The earning potential it also essentially unlimited. No territories, no caps in commissions, no handcuffs.

Cons

There is a standard of excellence here that some people cannot handle. If you aren’t willing to work hard, and be somewhat entrepreneurial, this may not be the place for you. Health insurance benefits are on the expensive side, but all other benefits are exceptional.

Thank you for your message! Although I would like to comment solely on the most positive components of your review the real truth (as you mention) this is not a job or a company for everyone! Recruiting and staffing in an agency environment is neither Talent Acquisition nor HR - our internal positions are revenue generating- if you are seeking an HR or Talent Acquisition role, we would be happy to place you in such a position with one of our clients.

Pros

The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on individual ownership and performance. The team culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive — people genuinely want to see each other succeed. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.

Cons

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
