Do not care about the genuine job seekers quality of life by pitching jobs with companies with bad reputations. Example: Was told to get more clients and before calling a potential company, I researched them. I noticed a large amount of open jobs and wanted to understand why there were so many (to determine red or green flags) I spoke to an employee looking to leave. I also noticed multiple other people were looking to leave as well. The employee told me the firm was a churn and burn, promised employees things they had no intention of delivering, used them for an average of 6 months until they questioned the employers about said promises only to terminate them without actual valid reasons. I thanked the employee on being so candid with me, hung up the phone, and immediately told my boss what was said about the potential client being a revolving door and his response was "this is the type of client you want." I realized these people are selling their souls just to make money, and knew then it was not going to be a fit for me. Proceed at your own risk.
