This is not a truthful review.
Although we have relatively low turnover, occasionally a new employee does not meet minimum standards despite our best efforts, and that is the case here.
Every new employee goes through a training process with two managers that provide training and daily support.
Executive Alliance has as liberal a commission process as is possible. The day a payment is received from a client, the commission on that payment is entered into our payroll system. We don’t even wait for the check to clear. Unfortunately, this employee was unsuccessful in identifying qualified candidates, so some of his/her clients found candidates on their own or may have put searches on hold. Clearly nobody should expect to be paid a commission when no revenue was received.
We invite all candidates to speak with any of our employees, all listed on our website, to verify that our staff receives excellent training and support in a collaborative environment, and are paid commissions as soon as revenue is received. Also, we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau with zero complaints in 26 years.
