Pros

Flexibility to handle both work and family responsibilities. Plus you will not have anyone here ask you to do anything that they have not already done, are currently doing or would not be willing to jump in to help wherever they can.

Cons

Only its size, but can that be considered a negative versus the bureaucracy of a larger company? That would depend on what we are talking about.

Pros

30 min lunch breaks & free coffee

Cons

Money hungry and greedy. No medical benefits offered. Will do anything to make a sale. Prey on good natured people. Do not care about the genuine job seekers quality of life by pitching jobs with companies with bad reputations. Example: Was told to get more clients and before calling a potential company, I researched them. I noticed a large amount of open jobs and wanted to understand why there were so many (to determine red or green flags) I spoke to an employee looking to leave. I also noticed multiple other people were looking to leave as well. The employee told me the firm was a churn and burn, promised employees things they had no intention of delivering, used them for an average of 6 months until they questioned the employers about said promises only to terminate them without actual valid reasons. I thanked the employee on being so candid with me, hung up the phone, and immediately told my boss what was said about the potential client being a revolving door and his response was "this is the type of client you want." I realized these people are selling their souls just to make money, and knew then it was not going to be a fit for me. Proceed at your own risk.

Executive Alliance Response

We’re sorry that this person did not have a positive experience. We’re not certain that this person actually worked at our company. The location says New York, NY but we are located in Commack, about 40 miles away, and all of our employees live near the Commack office. Also, we do offer medical benefits although they are not inexpensive. More concerning is that this recruiter contacted a job candidate to dig up dirt about the candidate’s current employer, which is something that we would never condone. It is our policy to only contact potential candidates if we have a real position that we are recruiting for. There are plenty of publicly available ways, including this Glassdoor website, to find out about a company’s reputation without misleading a job hunter about the reason for the call. We hope the writer of this review finds a career that is fulfilling, rewarding and a better match for their needs.
