2yExeter certainly strives to maintain an excellent employee culture along with very good benefits, competitive pay and bonuses as you confirmed. The closing of our Utah call center was a very unfortunate outcome of a global pandemic the likes of which had not been seen in modern times. Employees who were affected by this event were treated with compassion, dignity and respect, some which relocated to our office in Texas, and others who were re-hired as remote employees without loss of tenure.
