We believe our benefits programs are in line with industry standards and comparable to companies our size. As a business we must remain flexible in order to respond to downturns and changes in the marketplace. That flexibility has allowed exhale to thrive for over 10 years and remain one of the leaders in the spa and fitness industry. We fairly compensate our associates for their hard work and expenses. We have a team approach to our business that provides support to the units on a daily basis from corporate management all the way to the unit level managers.
