Pros

Great coworkers from front desk management, the fitness instructors and spa therapists. I made lifelong friends there and they made working at Exhale Upper East Side enjoyable.

Cons

The customer socioeconomic demographic is rich upper working class ladies, ages ranging anywhere from the mid 20s to over 60 years old, so whenever an issue arose, they would feel entitled, blame all of the issues on the front desk, demand refunds/free credit/etc. A day did not go by without an argument, and unfortunately the only way to resolve issues were to give into the customers, despite them being extremely rude and unreasonable. However, from my experience working at the other Exhale locations this was rarely the issue. Therefore Exhale really isn't to blame, but rather the unforgiving demographic located at Upper East Side. Also, wage needs to be above the minimum especially for a high end facility, especially at UES if it's the Flagship facility.
