Free unlimited yoga classes, use of the facilities on days off, could trade services with other techs.
Cons
Was made promises at time of interview that weren't granted at time of hire, no training on steps of treatments or the spa's booking system, fellow employees tried to establish personal relationships with my clients from day 1, didn't feel personally supported during my "training" (there was none, I was just thrown in, it was very scary, I didn't even know the prices of treatments to properly up-sell), Manager kept promising to give me more shifts which he never delivered on. I was expected to be "happy" w/only 1 shift per week, spa guests were using "free spa service" vouchers given by staying at the attached Hotel for treatments and therefore didn't feel the need to leave a gratuity. Treatment area was quaint & gorgeous, very serene, but I didn't have enough hours to be able to make a living wage.
