Exhale provides several outlets for our associates to make comments via progressive management communications on email, phone, and also via our internal communications portal "Suggestion Box". All of our associates have access to this portal. Comments are 100% anonymous. We have a robust and committed support team throughout our organization that is very hands on and responsive to our unit leadership concerns and challenges if any. We are very proud of our management training which is an ongoing process and one we take seriously. Development is a continual process and exhale is committed to our leadership teams growth and development We feel our prices are competitive for the markets in which we operate.
