Exhale provides several outlets for our associates to make comments via progressive management communications on email, phone, and also via our internal communications portal "Suggestion Box". All of our associates have access to this portal. Comments are 100% anonymous. We have a robust and committed support team throughout our organization that is very hands on and responsive to our unit leadership concerns and challenges if any. Sometimes we come up short. We do our best to make corrections and learn when we are aware of challenges our associates may be having. We are confident that our compensation and benefits structures are fair and generous compared to industry standards.
