Pros
The other devs on the team were fun to work with, and the bonus structure at the time was really good.
Cons
Upper management didn't care at all about their people. It was 100% about the bottom line for them, and though they tried to keep the underlings happy by occasionally having a boat party or renting out a movie theater, they made it clear that they cared nothing for their workers.
