Cons
A lot to say. The CEO won't approve the points I am putting here. Because he doesn't have any idea what happening at ground level. 1. Worst HR department. While joining, they will publish as if you are going to work in a very good company. But after submitting resignation they will show you their face. 2. HRs won't even respond to your mail and phone calls. 3. You are always paid for your future work. You will be never paid for your past hard work. All the appraisal, performance bonus amount given to you, follows a condition of you need to work for 2 more year else return the amount. 4. Once you deployed at client location, they don't care about you at all. All they need is money from client for your work. 5. Even if you are not interested in a domain, they will force you to work there and forget your experience till date you had. So, no career improvement. 6. They never stick to their commitment. Even after reminding them won't fulfill the commitment given by themselves. 7. They removed the employee's parents from the insurance provided by the company. Only self, spouse and children are eligible for the policy. 8. Appraisal- If you know how to polish ........, then you will be well paid. Else all your hard work limits within 3-8%. 9. They add fake good reviews in Glass door. If you don't believe check there are few posts, where someone with same position have given the same good review more than once.
