Pros

- Positive & wholesome workplace environment, thorough training sessions, very helpful seniors and colleagues - Good career growth & advancement, good exposure to a fast paced, diversed & agile working environment - If you have good communication skills & experience in customer service, or you enjoy customer service roles, this could be the job for you to enhance your skill set (I gained valuable knowledge and experiences working here) - Engaging festive activities & special events on a monthly basis (free breakfast/lunch/tea/happy hour etc), fully stocked pantry with drinks, snacks & coffee machine. You'll never go hungry working here! - Insurance coverage (AIA) for medical, maternity, dental (RM675 annually), optical (RM600 annually) - Annual leave (18 days - 25 days based on years of service.) - Maternitiy leave (18 weeks), Paternity leave (12 weeks) - Wellness, Fitness & Travel Reimbursement benefits (this is one of the best perks!) - Employee Assistance Program offered for employees & family

Cons

- job can be very demanding and challenging, new hires are sometimes given a lot of workload and cross skilling trainings and it can be hard to adapt learning a number of new tasks all at the same time when you're still learning your main job roles (but it depends on the role and department, some roles are okay & not as demanding) - the LPA position is not suitable for those who can't handle customer service roles, handling back to back in-bound calls and high volume of cases can be very overwhelming as we cater to hotel partners all over APAC and Oceania regions

Pros

- Wonderful teammates - Great place to work - Supportive leadership

Cons

- Change in C-level leadership every 4+/- or so years (not always a bad thing, just the nature of the beast so to speak) - Re-orgs happen when the C-level changes happen

Pros

Good pay, supportive manager, and genuinely pleasant colleagues.

Cons

Frequent reorgs and shifting strategic direction made it difficult to build momentum or plan long‑term. Over time, contractor roles became increasingly narrow and production‑focused, which limited opportunities for meaningful skill development. Responsibilities that originally included project management were reduced to primarily email production work. There’s also a broader corporate pattern where work is expected to be completed exactly as written, with little room for judgment or improvement. Even small, quick optimizations can lead to pushback rather than appreciation, creating an environment where going “above and beyond” requires multiple layers of approval — which defeats the purpose of being proactive in the first place. Finally, there’s an in‑office expectation (less strict than for full‑time employees, but still present) for work that can be done entirely remotely. This tends to benefit highly social personalities, but for those who prefer focused, independent work, it feels unnecessary. Social dynamics also play a noticeable role; if you’re not immediately well‑liked or you make a single early mistake, it can create a self‑fulfilling perception that’s difficult to overcome.
