Pros
There are tons of opportunities for growth within the company and all of the management who I have met are very accommodating if you are not feeling like you fit in well with your team or if you're not as excited with your work as you used to be. The benefits are second-to-none. Incredible health and commuter benefits in addition to discounts on brand name products, ranging anywhere from shoes to home-use software to cars.
Cons
The company culture is very corporate, which is a con, according to everybody else I've talked to. Initially, I wasn't a huge fan but now I've gotten used to it and have come to appreciate the experience of being dressed on par with the CEO any day of the week. You could be in a room with business analysts, developers, upper-management, or executives and be treated with the same respect as any other employee, simply because of how you're dressed. Lastly, there are many employees who have made up their minds that Expeditors is the company that they'd like to retire at, which can lead to a lack of motivation or creativity in the long term.
