Pros
- Appearance is top notch, for most - Good benefits, for a while - Fast pace environment, so you never get bored - 401K options - Employee stock purchase plan available
Cons
- Management is a good ole boy system. You've got to be in to get anywhere or at the very least flirt your way to the top. - Harassment and Intimidation IS ALLOWED here. They won't do anything about it. Very hostile working environment. Don't speak up or you will be pulled aside and made an example of. - No accomplishment is ever appreciated. Don't worry, someone else will take credit for it anyway. - Low base salary and anything else is just a dream in the bucket to keep working towards. - If some of the customers heard how they actually speak about them, I'm sure they wouldn't be awarding business to them. Keep it classy folks. - They interview you to death to bring you on. And talk about your interview, resume and overall appearance with the whole office before you get hired. Bet you can't wait to get started with all the folks who just bashed you before. - Zero confidentiality here. Keep to yourself in order to succeed here. - Any ideas for improvements are quickly squashed . Your input is not wanted here. Just follow directions, right or wrong and you can keep your job. But if they are wrong, you will probably be written up for doing what you are told. May the odds ever be in your favor. - Your reviews have no chance to comment on what is being said about your performances. So, you could easily be written up or bashed on your performance review and there is literally nothing you can do about it. - No one cares about you as a person. Personal check ups are not welcomed. And if you have access to your email on your phone, you better be watching it. Driving is NOT an excuse here. One hand on the wheel leaves another free for the phone....
