Pros
Fast Paced, Customer Facing, Challenging. Never a bored day after I got out of entry level operations. Smaller branches have bigger opportunity to broaden your skillset. Some of the smartest people I'ver ever known work here.
Cons
Sometimes Political. HR department is owned by the district manager per branch which can create discretionary favortism and visa-versa. Systems are in a constant state of development far beyond the competition, but not where they need to be. Development will remain a pillar to the success with short-term band-aids and always in short supply.
