Pros
Great insurance. "Bonus" payments are ok when things are going good, Middle management is great. Great career opportunities (in other companies, once you have the experience).
Cons
Payment is terrible, we're getting paid in pebbles. It's impossible to change the opinion of the top management, even though your DM and whole country agrees with you. Some KPI's make no sense, they increase the liability of the company and creates extra workload for employees. COMPLIENCE! They want you to lose business and stick with the complience, even though that complience rule is inconsistent and makes no sense in your region. Internal audits, I understand having such a huge number of workers make it harder to control everything but so many complience rules are plain dumb. They don't work globally, it certainly doesn't work for my region.
