Pros
Management involves everyone and benefits are great.
Cons
Pay is very low compared to competitors, there is some incentive to work for department bonuses but these are typically reserved for product supervisors and managers. Lower level employees will be worked to death. Sales force lacks major incentives and it becomes more and more difficult in sales to continue to make decent money the longer you are there.
