Pros
-If you love to dress up then join up! -People get promoted within their year mark. (If you aren't promoted or they haven't given you a timeline by then, save yourself the trouble and quit immediately). -Nice benefits.
Cons
-Mandatory 10-12 hour work days during peak seasons, july-december. -Brain-dead work, no thinking or creative input is required as it is also undesired. -If you weren't hired into the fraternity, you will be treated like a peasant as you will also be required to do all the work. -Company includes integrity and honesty as part of it's, "culture," yet has neither. -Majority of employees dislike management lowering employee potential. -People pass off work constantly if you know multiple tasks. (Learn to reject additional work until you finish whatever major task you were working on, unless you can handle both and have the time to complete both). -Company flatlines and still believes people will move up as fast as when it was growing. -Initiative is undesired, as you will be undermining supervisors and managers that cannot take credit. -Blatant favoritism.
