Pros
-Unrivaled insurance. 90/10 plan, no premium, low out of pocket max -Higher levels get stock options. If the market turns around, you will get paid well -They will train for skill (no degree is fine, note this is a positive for those lacking education only) -great name in the industry. -they really don't fire anyone (only a pro if you are lazy, you will keep your job)
Cons
-Rigid in every aspect -very low starting salaries (hr + ot) -handful of senior managers do not have college degrees -no work life balance -long hours -no work from home - poor leadership -no HR Department (open door policy is a joke- do not trust it - info goes to VP and DMs even via the not-so-anonymous call line) -pay structure is only good when the economy is good -lots of dumb employees (low pay doesn't keep good people) -the company is a pyramid scheme. -heaps of nepotism
