Pros
Company picks up healthcare for your entire family right away. They like to promote from within instead of hiring outside. There is job security throughout whatever the economy is doing. They don't layoff a bunch of people in order to make more money. They corporate level really seems to care a lot about family and want you to succeed.
Cons
Extremely low pay for the industry. Supervisors and Managers micro manage often and will send you emails asking why you were away from your desk for any period of time. It also has the "Office Space" feel when you make a mistake because you will hear it from numerous supervisors on what happened. They are extremely email orientated and there is little communication via phone or in person because management wants to keep your replies to use against you down the road. Management doesn't want to add more employees to help with the workload because that would effect the amount of monthly bonus they will receive. Don't call in sick because it will be questioned and your work will not be completed. Don't think about being promoted because it likely won't happen unless you want to move to a different state.
