Pros
Health insurance. Not much else.
Cons
You will go far if you want to work long days and relocate to various different states (or countries) within the network. In Expeditor's linqua, this is translated as "you've got what it takes". If this is not what you're willing to do, then you are considered lazy or lacking in motivation. Corporate has ZERO idea as to what goes on in the branch offices. There is a reason why Expeditors is extremely profitable every year - they pay their operational employees squat. If you're an operational employee in one of the branches, it's not at all unheard of to be working for the company for over 10 years and still not surpass the $35/$40,000 mark. Honestly, it's quite sad.
