Under-qualified and out of touch district management, completely inept branch management, constrained product management, hubris born of 80's and 90's success, lack of accountability of employees put out to pasture, major resource constraints lead to burden of responsibility placed on a few key employees who experience extremely poor work/life balance, commoditized industry, lack of agility due to bureaucracy, company-wide nepotism problem, facility completely inadequate and likely not up to code.
