Pros

Inclusive corporate culture that provides equal opportunities for women - they don't just say they do...they actually do! Heavy investment in global solutions and helping their workforce be successful.

Cons

May not be the highest paying company in the industry, but pay and benefits are above average.

Thank you for the comments and feedback. We have been working hard to promote a culture of greater inclusion, and ensure that we look at ways to increase diversity in our workforce and attract a more diverse pool of talent in our recruiting efforts. We’re thrilled to see that our efforts are visible to our Experian team members through programs and movements such as the Women In Experian and the Power of You! If you have any suggestions about how we might more effectively engage our virtual employee base, please feel free to drop me a note! -Charles Chung, President Strategic Growth Programs

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
