Pros

Great team, overall as a company, supports employees, opportunity to telecommute, education assistance, 401K, employee stock purchase plan, bonus and salary structure.

Cons

Average time before advancing is seven to ten years for this department. Disjointed departments don't always stay true to strategic vision.

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
