Pros

Benefits are mostly good and holiday schedule is also quite good.

Cons

Pay is below industry average, no career development path, middle management is poor and disconnected from individual contributors. Performance management is non existant. Work life balance is not respected at all.

We are glad to hear that you enjoy Experian’s benefits and holiday schedule. Our compensation philosophy is to pay competitively to attract, develop and retain top talent so we can deliver best in class products and services to our customers and clients. In support of our pay philosophy, we have developed a highly defined pay structure that we use to ensure that pay is consistent, fair and equitable and remains competitive with external benchmarks. Where an employee sits within the pay structure depends on a number of factors, including things like experience, supply and demand of talent, geographic location and cost of living. We encourage you to speak to your manager about this matter for more information. Support and mentorship from managers at Experian are very important to us as this creates an innovative and creative environment. We want our team members to be happy and fulfilled! -Employee Engagement Director

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
