Pros
The best thing about Experian is the people, some of the smartest and most creative people I have ever worked with. Culturally, there is an immense amount of respect and consideration for colleagues. We have a ton of fun everyday. Experian is doing really well as an organisation and there is a sense of momentum and opportunity in the air wherever you go.
Cons
Expectations are high (which I personally like) but it is not for everyone. There is a real focus on striving for high performance, which can be exposing - no coasting here! You have to be resilient and know when to say no, it is for you to manage your priorities and your time.
