Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We’re glad to hear that you’re pleased with our benefits and flexible work arrangements. We are glad you had a chance to participate and experience our corporate social responsibility efforts. Creating a work environment where employees feel they can bring their whole selves to work is our top priority. We are sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your compensation. Our pay structure is highly defined to ensure that pay is consistent, fair and equitable and remains competitive with external benchmarks. We are currently adapting for growth in a fast-moving industry and sometimes we have to make strategic decisions that do lead to change within the company and we aim to communicate this strategy transparently. We are always looking for new ways to improve our employees’ experiences, so thank you for taking the time to leave a review and give your suggestions. -Employee Engagement Director

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
