1. Steep learning curve with on the job learning can be stressful as you seek to become acquainted with a task but at the same time having to lead others. 2. Rewards and Remuneration -Differentiated rewards in year appraisal between onshore and offshore staff has a perceived unfairness which can be dissatisfying and demotivating. Nevertheless, as mentioned in the pros above, the varied approach in rewards helps to counter this negative aspect to an extent.
