Pros
Culture and work life balance. Experian is that respects and values its employees. Alot of companies say they are like this, but it is really true here. Just check LinkedIn and you can expect to see employees that have been with the company for 5+, 10+, 15+ years. Relative to other companies, you won't see the same level of churn with teams and organizations which provides employees with a strong sense of continuity and stability. I have previously worked for companies where you have to worry about unreasonable goals, expectations and terrible performance review processes leading to an excessive amount of work related stress; that's not an issue here. At Experian, management is great at explaining goals and managing workloads.
Cons
Compensation/promotions, while salaries are competitive, there is limited opportunity for leveling given the average tenure of current employees. This may contribute to decreased job satisfaction as roles can become less exciting over time. Stagnation occurs if you have been working on the same team / project for too long.
