The company doesn't care about employees. Management created and fostered a toxic work environment that induced such a high rate of management turn over. Their senior leadership, not understanding how the business works due to being so new, eventually become so divorced from the products that they'll use bad business strategy and don't understand why they can't meet unrealistic KPI. Failing that, they'll start to outsource labor and continue to fail to invest in their employees and products to keep them going.
