Pros

Rarher secure job, nice benefits system, including health and dental insurance, transportation bonus, food vouchers, discounts, free eyewear and stock options scheme. Flexible working hours to some extent and nice coworkers. Interesting seminars on useful topics scheduled for the employees. 25 days paid annual holiday plus Extra days off for participation in voluntary activities.

Cons

Salary levels in Bulgarian office quite below average. Extremely slow progress in terms of salary increase and career elevation - leadership seems almost reluctantant to empower employees' growth. Very very poor and incompetent people management. Lack of transparency. Not all people are encouraged the same way and often promotions happen to ones who deserve less while others with higher performance are kept at the same level.

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
