Pros

big bosses are very good at managing their own bosses

Cons

all our good bosses have left us in last one year.now we are only left with peopple who are trying to show they are good bosses.and now we will have some junior members who will want to take bosses position.they dont realise that whatever they do they cannot even one inch of these good bosses who have left us.in last one year we have only survived because of some of good people who were left.now those good people are also gone.we are in such pathetic situation.no work.no motivation..since last full year we are only managing spike in NG and in our life.response time was less than one second when we did haathi.now with half business ..response time is double.team size is less than half and motivation is zero.this is the really of gpd team.very shame.

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
