Pros

The people who work there are all lovely. Very flexible with work patterns compared to other companies. Generally people are very accommodating and understanding. Good benefits and company has a strong support for community work.

Cons

Higher management don't understand the underlying issues about the company. Pay little attention when staff overwork themselves to the point where working longer hours is almost expected from people.

It is very hard to get promoted even you have completed a lot of projects and made an impact on the organization.
