Pros

Bupa, flexi working, working from home, budget for engagement, team building, fuss at Christmas, decent annual leave, really decent maternity package, significant referral fee for introducing new staff, sharesave always pays well, bonus and pay reward scheme is really good, nice people to work with, nice office with good facilities, great for career progression and likes to empower and support existing staff with climbing up.

Cons

Sometimes improvements to tech can take a really long time to get changed. HR policies don't appear updated frequently and when they are it's not communicated out as well as it could be for those who people manage - for example our absence policy with Covid-19 changed often but never announced.

Wow, amazing! Thanks for leaving a review and thank you for being part of our Experian fam for almost a decade. What a milestone and no doubt reflects an exciting and rewarding journey you must have had with us thus far. Loving all those pro's you've kindly listed, particularly like "nice people to work with, nice office and great for career progression", music to my ears. Also, really appreciate your comments on possible improvements, I'll circulate these internally and see if we can resolve.

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
