      In general great people to work with.

      Cons

      "Corporate restructuring" occurs almost quarterly, company seems to lack vision past the current fiscal, as such staying focused on anything but the newest money maker seems impossible and makes it difficult for even Senior Management or the C's prioritize

      Pros

      Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

      Cons

      Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
