Pros
Experian practices what they preach and they are all about making the employee feel comfortable to and encourage them to bring their whole self to work. Not only high on inclusion, they also put into practice a very solid work/life balance. Regular 1 on 1's make sure the employee feels supported. Good benefits all around.
Cons
Raises could be better. Coming off a year with record inflation, 2-3% raises feel more like a reduction in pay.
