Pros

The payment is the only good this company has.

Cons

1- Micromanagement. 2- QA score is not reachable, this is reflected in their high attrition numbers. After sometime people either quit or get fired. 3- Management does not have an idea of what they are doing, they sometimes do focus groups, but don't listen what their employees have to say. They pretend they hear but they don't listen. 4- Awful culture. If you really need the job take it. Other wise, look for another opportunity, your mental health is more important.

Great work culture! Everyone is welcoming. I really like the work-life balance.

There are really no cons that I can think of.

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
