Good Company but LOW Salary - Software Developer(Fullstack) Experian Employee Review

Thanks for writing a review. Wow, 6 years with us, that's a long time to be part of our Experian fam. I'll pass your comments on to HR and our regional reward team re: local salaries. We make a huge effort to offer not just rewarding and exciting work but also competitive remuneration. We do this by constantly analysing internal and external salary benchmarking data with a strong focus on equity. Of course salary is one dimension of our strong EVP, and I know from our array of people awards we are certainly best in class for flexibility, wellbeing, development etc.
