Pros

Working in a company with multinational brand value

Cons

Local top management is a disaster. The company is full of mobbing. You can see this looking at the turnover rate. In addition, lying to customers is business as usual there. Stay away.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re 100% focused on making Experian an exceptional place to work, which is reflected fairly in our current global 4.4 Star Glassdoor rating. We always welcome feedback in order to address any concerns a colleague might have, irrespective of how big or small they may be, and from current and former employees alike. I am pleased to read that you enjoyed working in our multinational and multicultural organisation. Your feedback on areas of improvement do come as a surprise. Our regional AMEA APAC attrition rates are thankfully relatively low and improving. It’s a shame to hear that you are now a former employee, as I am certain that the business and leaders would have done everything possible to improve your Experian journey if known at the time. I would still be interested in better understanding your point of view and would warmly encourage you to reach out to me, in the strictest of confidence, to provide more context – tanya.fielden@experian.com (Head of TA, EMEA APAC)

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
