Thanks for the review and feedback. I'd love to know more about your 'some positions are now hybrid' comment. A very large percentage of our employees are indeed working hybrid and feel this meets their needs (flexibility, work/life balance, occassionally in the office to build closer relationships and collab). The only time I could see this being a negative is if you wanted full-time remote and it's now hybrid but haven't seen or heard situations like this across the business. You are of course able to come into the office every day if that suits you. Please discuss this with your manager and/or HR to find a working pattern that works for you.
