Pros
Experian is a truly great employer. They make sure everybody has what they need, their facilities are top of the line, their benefits package is great, salaries are great, there is a much higher percentage of people who get annual bonuses, compared to other companies in which I've worked. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Indeed, I already have.
Cons
All of the above is true and I completely stand behind it, however, the organisation in which I worked (operations), the story is a bit different. All of the pros I listed are still there, but the chaos and stress in operations is just too much. I was met with stellar expectations that sometimes weren't even shared with me, until they hadn't been met. I was told my voice was important and had to be heard, but whenever I needed it to be heard, I was ignored. I also found irrefutable proof that I was lied to about certain things. The above is what made me leave my position there. It was a bittersweet experience.
