      Great company with good benefits and flexibility - Lead IT Project Manager Experian Employee Review

      Pros

      Love their remote work culture. They are not asking employees to return to office as most other big companies are, which is really appreciated by employees. Benefits are great - decent health insurance, 4% 401k match, decent bonus, time off, half days before long weekends.

      Cons

      An older company with lots of red tape around access and processes. Also very hierarchical - top management is quite heavy, there are too many VP’s and Directors. They pride themselves in being agile but their reporting structure says otherwise. Some employees attitude is that they have been doing things a certain way and would not like to adapt any new processes or systems. So it is tough to bring about a change,

      Pros

      Decent salary & benefits, monthly no internal meeting days

      Cons

      Friendly reminder that HR does not care about you. They care about staff with seniority, whom they will allow to retaliate despite that being against company policies. Think twice about reporting the higher ups because it will come back to haunt you, guaranteed. Also, AI is the only thing that matters anymore. Watching the volume of once-impressive colleagues become so single and simple minded through constant AI usage is not only disappointing but genuinely alarming. Thinking for oneself is no longer the standard, it seems, and speaking against such unfettered use of AI in all things will get you professionally ostracized.
