Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. We’re 100% focused on making Experian an exceptional place to work, which is validated in our current high Experian Malaysia Glassdoor rating (from 200+ reviews, incl. 97% recommend to a friend rating). It is disheartening to read that you feel this doesn’t reflect your experience, but positive you’ve recognised working with good colleagues. We always welcome feedback in order to address any concerns a colleague might have, irrespective of how big or small they may be, and from current and former employees alike. If you’re open to sharing more context I’d really welcome to opportunity to better understand your feedback - please reach out to me, Chai Ping (HR Director)
