Pros

Company prefers to train people in other areas than to let them go. Plenty of benefits like Mental Health week, Annual bonus, Employee support line. Volunteer work opportunities. Growth opportunities Constant presence in Social Media like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

Cons

Can be very challenging job due to workload and economic environmental changes. Environment is related to technology so it can be quick changing.

Pros

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
