Pros

The job itself can be stressful and mundane but the people make it great, on top of the great benefits.

Cons

The problem is power-trip boses who treat you like you're stupid. The other problem is proving you can do a lot gets you pigeonholed where you will never be promoted or able to get any other position because they don't want to have to get 3 other people to do the work you do.

There are really no cons that I can think of.

Currently a mostly remote culture. Most folks are incredibly nice.

Cons

Immature and underprepared leadership and lots of clique behaviors from them.
